Here are some examples of solutions we have given to our clients.

  • A first home buyer was expecting a pay $12,000 in mortgage insurance. We used a “parental guarantee” to eliminate this cost. We expect to cancel the parental guarantee within 3 years.
  • A property investor was attracted to a certain banks’ professional package. We found a low rate home loan that was cheaper to run.
  • A property owner had a credit card headache. We consolidated the debt into a second “split” loan. This helped to keep the credit card debt separate and reduced the interest cost for faster repayment.
  • Two investors went their separate ways. We restructured the debt to pay out one investor and remove him from the loan and property title.
